RESUMO Considerando a censura ao livro Religião e conflito, apresentarei algumas das estratégias da extrema direita para definir suas pautas, como o lawfare para impedir a publicização de pesquisas, e seus impactos na produção de conhecimento acadêmico. Isso será feito a partir da discussão sobre exigências metodológicas da antropologia e suas implicações na formação da ideia de que antropólogas sempre defendem as populações pesquisadas.

ABSTRACT Considering the censorship of the book Religion and Conflict, I will present some of the strategies of the far right to establish their agendas, such as lawfare to prevent research publications and their impact on the production of academic knowledge. This will be done by discussing the methodological requirements of anthropology and their implications in the idea that “female anthropologists” always defend the populations they research.

RESUMO O massacre do Carandiru é chaga aberta na história da democracia brasileira. Ainda que seja emblemático da violência de Estado, esta pesquisa revela que a desativação dos pavilhões da Casa de Detenção não se inicia com este evento histórico. Reconstruímos o conjunto nada linear de propostas de desativação, cuja origem remonta ao menos a 1965. A partir de uma lente de análise que combina política prisional e espaço urbano, mostramos como as propostas equiparam desativar a demolir.

ABSTRACT The Carandiru massacre remains an open wound in the history of Brazilian democracy. Although it stands as an emblematic case of state violence, this research demonstrates that the deactivation of the pavilions of the Casa de Detenção did not originate with this historical event. We reconstruct the non-linear set of deactivation proposals, tracing their origins back to at least 1965. Through an analytical lens that combines prison policy with urban space, we show how the proposals equated deactivation with demolition.

RESUMO O presente artigo analisa os impactos da reforma trabalhista (Lei n. 13.467/2017) nas relações de trabalho e sindicais dos Correios, especialmente noquese refere ao fim da ultratividade das normas trabalhistas. A pesquisa se utilizou de fontes primárias e secundárias e demonstrou que a norma foi aplicada pela empresa em 2020 e eliminou 50 cláusulas, das 79 anteriores, do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho, retirando direitos históricos da categoria.

ABSTRACT The present article analyzes the labor reform (Law No. 13.467/2017) at the Brazilian Postal Service (Correios), specifically the end of ultra-activity, which guaranteed the reissuance of rights obtained in the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA).The research utilized primary and secondary sources and demonstrated that the end of ultra-activity was implemented by the company and the Superior Labor Court (TST) in 2020, eliminating 50 out of the previous 79 clauses from the CLA.

RESUMO Este artigo analisa a trajetória das concepções católicas sobre gênero, feminismo e maternidade, da formulação teológica pelo magistério católico à sua defesa no mundo secular. Examina o desenvolvimento dessas ideias na teologia e como autores de outras áreas, especialmente do direito e da filosofia, lhes atribuem embasamento acadêmico e científico.

ABSTRACT This article explores the evolution of Catholic conceptions of gender,feminism,and motherhood,from their theological formulation by the Catholic magisterium to their defense in the secular world. RESUMO Entre as décadas de 1990 e 2000, certa estrutura de oportunidade política ensejou o protagonismo do movimento Pré-Vestibular para Negros e Carentes - PVNC na “batalha” pelas cotas na UERJ. A análise de fontes orais e escritas buscou demonstrar que a atuação do PVNC, juntamente a outros PréVestibulares Populares e organizações do Movimento Negro, foi crucial para a institucionalização de ações afirmativas no acesso ao ensino superior no Brasil.

ABSTRACT Between the 1990s and 2000s, a specific political opportunities structure rose the PVNC movement to the protagonism at the “battle” for quotas at UERJ. The analysis of oral and written sources aimed to demonstrate the work of the PVNC, alongside other community-based preparatory courses and organizations of the Black movement, was decisive for the approbation and institutionalization of affirmative-action policies for access to higher education in Brazil.

RESUMO A ideia de “lugar de fala” tem sido muito presente no debate público brasileiro por pelo menos dez anos, e em 2017 Djamila Ribeiro escreve Lugar de fala buscando definir o conceito. Este artigo visa apresentar tal tentativa, apontando inconsistências e problemas, para então, apoiado nos trabalhos de autoras como Collins, Young, Benhabib e Spivak, apresentar uma crítica aos desdobramentos políticos e teóricos da ideia de “lugar de fala”.

ABSTRACT The idea of “place of speech” has been part of the Brazilian public debate for at least ten years. In 2017 Djamila Ribeiro wrote "Where we stand" in order to define it. This article aims to complete the same task. Although, with the help of authors such as Collins, Young, Benhabib, and Spivak, it points out inconsistencies and problems in the current political and theoretical developments of this idea.

RESUMO Este artigo apresenta a etnografia de uma viagem missionária da Igreja da Comunidade Metropolitana a Cuba, feita em 2016. Nosso objetivo é demonstrar como agentes sociais brasileiros e cubanos, religiosos e políticos institucionalizados, entrelaçam as linguagens da religião e dos direitos, produzindo uma “espiritualidade revolucionária”. Para demonstrá-lo, trabalhamos com dados de pesquisa de campo e interagimos com a literatura sobre performatividade.

ABSTRACT This article presents the ethnography of the Metropolitan Community Churches'missionary trip to Cubain 2016.Ouraimis to demonstrate how Brazilian and Cubanreligious and politically institutionalized social agents intertwine the languages of religion and law, thereby crafting a “revolutionary spirituality”. To achieve this, we rely on data from fieldwork and interact with the literature on performativity.

RESUMO O artigo faz uma leitura combinada de Sérgio Ferro e David Harvey sobre a produção capitalista do espaço. Ambos iluminam aspectos cruciais da reprodução e circulação do capital no ambiente construído e formulam horizontes emancipatórios que envolvem arte, trabalho livre, imaginação e ecologia. Em diálogo, suas formulações críticas têm muito a oferecer, especialmente aos interessados na teoria crítica que articula o canteiro de obras e o urbano.
