Urban violence in Uberlândia/MG: a socio-spatial analysis and homicides

This article has as objective office to analyze the urban violence in Uberlândia, detaching the occurrence of the homicides in the space of the city. The period of analysis was concentrated enters 2000 and 2003. They had been used given on homicides Nucleus of Information in Health, Center of Operations of the Military Policy and Health Department. It was verified that the homicides in the city the same follow standard evidenced for other authors in research carried through in great cities of the country.
