Open-access From Individual Strategy to Collective Mobilization: Subject Construction in the Professional Trajectories of Black Executives

This article presents the results of a research that sought to investigate how the sociopolitical contexts related to race relations that framed the career paths of representatives of two generations of Black executives favored or inhibited the processes through which they carried out the work of self-production as subjects, building or not positively affirmed Black identities.
