Open-access THE WORK COLLECTIVE AND THE COLLECTIVE WORK IN THE PNAIC: A LOOK FROM THE CLINICAL ACTIVITY

The reflections presented in this article aim to broaden the understanding of collective work and the work collective based on an example of educational policy – National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age (PNAIC) – with a focus on mathematical literacy, in an open dialogue between the areas of Education and Clinical Activity (Psychology), in view of the challenge of guaranteeing learning rights, both for students and teachers. The research, with a narrative approach, culminated in the defense of material and immaterial valorization of teachers, exploring evidence that interferes in collective work and the work collective and highlighting beliefs and values developed during the professional education process with the PNAIC.
