This article presents the Philanthropy Network for Social Justice, emphasizing its operation, function and ideologies reproduced in it to guarantee the hegemony of the dominant classes. The debate develops a bibliographical analysis on private apparatuses of hegemony and other concepts and categories related to the term, based mainly on Gramscian studies. The referenced analytical base allows us to identify specificities of the APH highlighted, in its mediation with the constructed worldview.
