Open-access The influence of public hearings and amicus curiae in the construction of the right answer by the Brazilian Supreme Court

The article, through bibliographic review and using Dworkin as a theoretical framework, demonstrates the need for improvements in the use of the amicus curiae and public hearings by the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) so they contribute to the plurality of the debate and to improve the quality of decisions, helping ministers to unveil the community’s political morality and construct the right answer for the case.
