The article will present works of scenic music performed in the field of contemporary Brazilian concert music. The authors usually emphasize the scenic presence of music concerts using strategies of lighting, gestures, staging, etc. Based on the tensive semiotics, proposed by Claude Zilberberg (2004; 2011), we will present scenic music as a musical practice perceived from the modes of contact established between musical presences and scenic presences, in a more or less close configuration. From this base, the pieces will be presented by their gradation of scenic presence, supported by the scenic latency inherent in any musical performance.
