Open-access PUBLIC FINANCING OF BRAZILIAN RUGBY: THE RELATIONSHIP FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND BRAZILIAN CONFEDERATION OF RUGBY (CBRU)

This research aims to understand how the federal funding intended for the Brazilian Rugby Confederation (CBRu) is structured. With the indication of Rugby to join the Olympic program in 2010, new policies for development of this sport were initiated, including more federal public funding. This State support has generated a development policy for the sport that involves a large amount of funds.
