Open-access The Law as an instrument against women’s oppression

The feminist movement sustains in the Law to abolish women’s oppression, however the legal way contains contradictions. Therefore, the article pretends to analyze the limits of the use of the Law as an instrument against women’s oppression in class society. For that, it uses the theoretical referential found in a Marxist matrix, the dialectical materialism method, the historical method of procedure and as a research technique the bibliographical research.
