Open-access Capital as subject and the subject of law

The article analyzes the sense of the category person as expounded by Karl Marx in Capital and developed by E. B. Pashukanis in General theory of law and Marxism. The hypothesis sustained is that the subject of law is no more than a form of value manifestation as a subjective support or titularity of his own self-valorization movement, therefore, for elevating capital to effective subject of the capitalist production process.
