Law and historicity: a thompsonian approach of Pachukanis

The purpose of this article is to investigate Pachukanis' critique of legal form from the understanding of historical knowledge in E.P Thompson. For this purpose, I develop the notion of historical interrogation mode to indicate the theoretical delimitation of pachukanian analysis. In the end, I articulate the concept of hegemony and the notion of arena of conflict to outline an approach to Law in its historicity.
