The Inter-American Human Rights System and discrimination against LGBTTI: overview, potentiality and limits

This article presents an overview of the LGBTTI human rights cases examined by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and proposes a critical reflection on the virtues, potentialities and limits of inter-american human rights jurisprudence, collaborating for its strengthening and progress.
