The axis relations: a new paradigm of the international relations theory?Abstract
The present article proposes the axis-relations as a new paradigmatical concept of the International Relations Theory. A paradigm which was reached through the analysis of the franco-german and the argentino-brazilien bilateral relations from 1870 to the present. It allows us to analyse the creation, conduction and consolidation of regional integration processes which have, as main goal, to surpass the economical step of the most elementary forms of regional integration.
