Abstract

The aim of this paper is to discuss the implications for the professional training and practice of the psychologist, of the approval of the National Educational Bases and Guidelines Law. We focus upon the theoretical suppositions underlying the Law, the main aspects of legal text and some of its consequences, as the regulation of the sequencial courses and the curriculum directives.
