The dairy farming and risk of exclusion in the cities of Peabiru and Quinta do SolAbstract
In recent years there has been a series of changes promoting the restructuring of dairy agribusiness system. This paper analyzes milk producers in the counties of Peabirú and Quinta do Sol, both in Paraná State, assessing whether they have been adapted to these changes. Survey results demonstrated that producers are unspecialized in milk production. However, the exclusion process observed in other locations has not occurred in that region yet.
