Risk social in Latin America and the social policy: political actors and operating practices

Abstract

The article presents considerations about the perverse mechanisms of social risks created by inequality, exploitation of a dramatic perspective of injustice and inequities. Brings some theoretical support to the interpretation that helps with a social policy analysis with dilated social risks in a context of extreme poverty pluralismo and welfare in Latin America.
