Plastic dimensions of volunteering in brazilian third sector heterogeneity

This text aims about the volunteering as an analytical understanding of the Non-Governmental Organizations, considering the interactions among representative agencies in various kinds of social labors. We seek to present the volunteering in front its inherent contradictions on a heterogeneous third sector, here called plastic, changeable, and consider the reflects it has from the instrumental and substantives dimensions from its practical performances in NGOs.
