Open-access Civil society and citizen participation: how social actors are part of the decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this essay is to present some entries on the form of government and its relationship with the stakeholders. It took concepts such as citizen participation, civil society and democracy; terms looming at present to understand the crisis of governability. In the first paragraph is delivered to these theoretical concepts, and then a second part to relate and deliver minimum basis for their understanding. Finally the paper closes with some invitations, which will enable us to cope with this crisis of governance and thereby strengthening the democratic regime.
