Class 1: Policy structure
“Management aware of the need to train professionals on the subject; professionals committed to learning and qualifying.
“The structure public policy needs to work: finance”.
Class 2: Intersectorality
“I think the best way would be to hold intersectoral dissemination workshops .”
“Consider the PDAN guidelines for the preparation, execution and monitoring of intersectoral plans, the District Health Promotion Plan and the District Food and Nutrition Security Plan.”
Class 3: Implementation strategies
“To widely publicize the PDAN internally and externally to the SES/DF so that managers and health professionals take its guidelines into account when planning health actions.”
"Analysis and evaluation using health indicators, projects and programs. Dissemination to health professionals”.

“Reducing or halting overweight, obesity and other forms of malnutrition; reducing food and nutrition insecurity; reducing or halting chronic non-communicable diseases.”

“Lack of institutional support (human and financial) and distancing of actions from the real determinants and conditioning factors of the population's health and nutrition.”
