Childhoods of the amazonland rondoniense: narratives and representations of the children of the rural environment

This research aims to identify and analyze part of the representations of the childhoods of forty-six young children aged between four and five years old, enrolled in early childhood education in three rural schools, in the context of the Amazon region of Rondônia, Vale do Jamari, municipality of Ariquemes, northern Brazil. To this end, we base our perspective on the following question: what do children like to do most? In methodological terms, through action research, we made use of direct observation of the transport and school daily lives of children enrolled in preschool. Furthermore, to create the analysis, we valued fragments of oral narratives in conversation circles, iconographic records in the form of photographs and free drawings, in addition to the field notebook, among other materials that made up the stages of the investigation. After collecting and systematizing the sources, we realized that young children expressed part of their perceptions on varied and authentic themes, preferably: games, nature and family.
