The article analyzes the historical evolution of the French extreme right. It reconstructs the process of asserting the Front National as the main French extremist party. Observes the impact of the arrival of Jean-Marie Le Pen, leader of the Front National, in the second round of the French presidential elections in 2002. It recognizes its important changes in the nature of the party from 2010 onwards. It mentions the presence of Marine Le Pen, heiress of the movement, in the second round of the most recent French presidential elections. And it establishes approximations between this French reality and the Bolsonarism practiced in Brazil.
