This text deals with the exteriorization of memory, that is, of technique as loss of knowledge. The process of exteriorization (mnemotechnology) concretizes itself as history of grammatization, technical history of memory, in which hipomnesic memory reinstitutes the constitution of an anamnestic memory tension. Since the philosophical questions as transindividuation questions, in terms of political philosophy, it deals with describing and criticizing the concrete processes of transindividuation and thinking the digital hypomnémata and the new ways of otium that may appear and found a new political economy of memory and desire.
