Open-access BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS IN TRANSGENIC PLANTS IN PEST CONTROL

The transgenic plants expressing Bacillus thuringiensis toxins are reviewed. Historical, techniques, laboratory and field evaluations are discussed. Some aspects related to safety of this organisms to the environment are presented.
