Open-access Superior oblique muscle myokymia - A case report

We describe a case of right superior oblique muscle myokymia where sintomatology was satisfactorily solved with right superior oblique muscle tenectomy and ipsilateral inferior oblique muscle recession, both performed under local anesthesia. The clinical aspects, diagnosis and management are discussed.
