Open-access Atypical ocular manifestation of Cogan's syndrome

Nonsyphilitic intersticial Keratitis with vestibulo-auditory dysfunction (Cogan' s Syndrome) is a rare clinical entity. The authors describe a 34-years-old woman that had vestibulo-auditory symptoms that usually occurs in this syndrome and ocular manisfestations not so typical. Slitlamp examination of the cornea revealed bilateral ring stromal opacities resembling cholesterol deposits and the fundi showed bilateral disc edema during the course of the illness.
