Open-access Pseudohypoparathyroidism - Albright’s hereditary osteodystrophy : report of one case

Case description of a late diagnosis of Pseudohypoparathyroidism.

Our patient developed cataract and unilateral optic atrophy. There is few mentions of this syndrome in ophthalmic literature and often the ophthalmologist is the first physician to examine the patient.

The main findingsfor an early diagnosis are discussed.
